• NO CANCELLATIONS once order is confirmed and sent to production
• Processing time: 3-7 business days before shipping
• Each item is uniquely created - no exchanges for different designs/sizes

QUALITY GUARANTEE: We will provide FREE REPLACEMENT only for manufacturing defects, printing errors, or shipping damage. Customer must provide photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.

DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY:
• Photo evidence required within 7 days
• Replacement item will be identical design/size only
• Maximum ONE replacement per order
• Repeated quality complaints may result in order cancellation and refund
• We reserve the right to refuse service to abusive customers
